Why we exist
Enterprises are adopting AI tools, running complex platforms, and still drowning in manual document work. Most vendors sell one of those problems. HigherConnections connects them: practical AI programs, senior platform engineering, and systems that make the operating model real.
We provide consulting and engineering services across enterprise AI, ServiceNow, platform engineering, and websites, funnels, and email automation. We also build proprietary products — including the AI SDLC Automation Platform and ePACT!t — so clients can see that we deliver systems, not only advice.
Leadership
HigherConnections is led by Sameet Lal, a full-stack senior software engineer and technical lead with 25+ years of experience building enterprise systems, integrations, AI-assisted delivery platforms, and cloud-hosted SaaS products.
That background includes approximately six years at ServiceNow as a Staff Software Engineer on a large-scale custom learning platform — spanning scoped apps, integrations, Service Portal / UI work, flows, and platform enhancements — plus CAD and CSA certifications.
Earlier roles include senior engineering and technical leadership at companies such as Visa, Adaptive Biotechnologies, Expedia, Direct Commerce, Cisco, and Symantec — delivering portals, APIs, SaaS workflows, and enterprise integrations for complex operational environments.
He architected and built the AI SDLC Automation Platform used to enable structured AI-assisted delivery across 50+ practitioners and 6 functional domains, and founded ePACT!t for document workflow and e-signature automation.
